Plux + RBS + mRFP + double terminator

The mRFP protein, constitutively expressed by E1010, shows red fluorescence to most of the BioBrick cell strains, the mRFP proteins are produced after Plux is activated. Furthermore,we can replace mRFP gene with other gene which we want them to be activated when Plux works.
